SkimLinks denied Right360 access to their Affiliate program with a vague and contradictory denial message of:
1. Our [SkimLinks] approvals team has run an analysis and, unfortunately, decided that your website [Right360] is not suitable for Skimlinks at this time.2. Then in the next paragraph, states the ‘sites’ they work require certain ‘criteria’ but don’t tell you why the site is ‘not suitable’.

This was an inquiry to Amazon regarding a denial due to Right360 being a “Search Engine”. We simply replied to their online Inquiry form stating the reason for denial was not accurate; just because we have a search form on our site doesn’t mean that we are a Search Engine, as we don’t have bots that search the web… all our listings our hand-picked.
Amazon simply said thanks for rectifying the violation [what… what violation; we didn’t change anything]; then switched gears to another reason: Your website did not meet our content standards as the content on your site is not original.
NOTE: We’ve found two (2) other sites that have approved Amazon Associate accounts and have very thin (almost no content) on each of their pages… however, we’ve built out each of our pages with content… yet… denied.
Site 1: Kadaza .com
Site 2: Symbaloo .com
All of our responses from Amazon seem to be canned and/or AI driven… not sure who to talk with to get this resolved. -

Filed a request for legal assistance with the ACLJ.
Received an auto-reply email stating that their incredibly busy and we will only hear from them if one of their attorneys finds any violation in our submitted statement.
